Section F6 (Building Management System / Controls package) is carried as a Prime Cost Sum within the Section F tender total. The BMS specialist sub-contractor will be appointed at the Principal Contractor's instruction in Week 9 of the on-site programme, ready for Week 10 mobilisation.
