Phase programme
The works run in ten phases across the window, plus the post-completion defects period. Phase 4 is the single concentrated heavy-plant lift-in through the skylight; the mechanical and electrical phases then run in parallel.

Order placement drives the Certificate of Reoccupation, which drives the lift-in, which drives the mechanical, electrical and BMS phases, which drive commissioning, the witness session, cut-over and Practical Completion. A slip on any of these moves the completion date.
Notice periods and interfaces
The programme depends on notice being given to other parties for their attendances. These are minimum lead times; earlier notice is preferred where it can be given. They are stated here so the Principal Contractor and the Employer can plan the shared hold-points.
