Evidence integrity: All documents stored in the CCK evidence vault with SHA-256 hash verification. EV-009-01 to EV-009-04 are issued by the Project Manager, the DNO, the contract documents and the supplier respectively (hash-verified against originals). EV-009-05 to EV-009-10 are contractor-produced (timestamped, version-controlled). Completeness verified at Stage 04 (The File™) — 10/10, no gaps: every claim in the entitlement narrative has a supporting document. The complete bundle is exportable as a single PDF for PM submission or dispute proceedings.
