Note on CE-009: CE-009 (HV switchgear design change, 11kV to 33kV) is applied at the Contractor's submitted quotation value of £43,039 — Defined Cost £38,600 plus Fee at 11.5% (£4,439). It is not agreed and not deemed accepted. The PM's two-week period for reply (clause 62.6) expired 22 April 2026 without an assessment; the Contractor's clause 62.6 position is reserved and documented but is not operative and is not relied upon. The assessment is expected week of 19 May 2026 and the certified sum may differ from the applied sum. Agreed variations to date total £186,200 (CE-001 to CE-008); the full change pipeline is £300,439 across 14 CEs — see the Change Event Log (CRE-CEL-001).
