Assessed as the change in Defined Cost using the Schedule of Cost Components per NEC4 ECC Option A, with the Fee applied at 11.5% (Contract Data Part 2). Each line item traced to a supplier quotation, subcontract price, timesheet or Contract Data rate. Deductions are taken for the 11kV work already priced in the Activity Schedule — this is the net additional cost caused by the compensation event, not gross cost.
