EMR-01Confined space rescue plan
The single highest-stakes scenario for these works. The rescue plan below is non-negotiable. Every operative entering the chamber understands it. The top-man is dedicated and stations at the entry for the duration of every entry.

Visible sign of casualty distress, gas alarm activation, no response on comms, atmospheric monitor alarm. Top-man does NOT enter the chamber under any circumstances.

Tripod & winch — controlled retrieval
