PPE mapped task by task
The outage runs Sunday 17 May, 03:00 to 11:00. Base PPE of hard hat, safety boots, eye protection and hi-vis applies throughout; the HV-specific stack is added for switching, earthing and termination work.

For HV substation works the competency stack is non-negotiable. No operative steps onto the work area without their authorisation in date and logged against this schedule.

HV-PT-03 is due for its 6-monthly dielectric test within 30 days. The test must be completed and the certificate filed before the outage, or a substitute set sourced. This is a hard mobilisation gate: no mobilisation without the test certificate.
This schedule is read with the risk assessment and the method statement, and no item of PPE, plant or authorisation is treated as optional. The site supervisor verifies each item against this schedule at the pre-start briefing, confirms the HV stack for the switching team, and logs the check before any operative steps onto the work area.
