Permit-driven, mapped to tasks
The shutdown runs Sunday 17 May, 02:00 to 12:00, a ten-hour window on a Class C cleanroom air-handling unit. Each permit is mapped to specific tasks and its validity aligns with the outage. Of the twelve, eight are active and authorised, three remain pending, and one is not required because the works stay in the technical area with the cleanroom envelope intact. Five permits are marked critical to safety.
The shutdown cannot commence until three permits are signed off: the hot works permit, which cannot proceed until the fire-system isolation is confirmed, the lifting operations permit for the filter delivery, and the fire-system isolation itself. All three are to be cleared by Friday 15 May; if any remains pending at the cut-off, there is no mobilisation.

Ten isolations, applied and proven
Every isolation is logged, tagged, applied by a named competent person and removed by the same, in reverse sequence, only when the shutdown signs off. Times shown are the applied time on the shutdown morning.

Removal, reinstatement and handback
Isolations are removed in reverse order by the authorised person who applied them, and only after the shutdown signs off. Handback is staged so the cleanroom returns to classification before the area reopens.

The three pending permits, hot works, lifting and fire-system isolation, are to be signed off by Friday 15 May. If any remains open at the cut-off there is no mobilisation, and the ten-hour window is stood down rather than started against an incomplete permit set.
