Standard record, plus the heritage protocol
This is a Grade II listed building, so the evidence pack overlays the standard RAMS requirements with the protocol agreed with the Conservation Officer at the pre-start meeting. Heritage-specific items, from baseline elevation photography to the bound record of works, are captured and retained for the chapel archive even where they are not strictly required for RAMS purposes. No item is closed until the Conservation Officer has acknowledged receipt.
Thirty-two of forty items are captured and verified. The list is generated from the project type, the RAMS scope and the pre-start agreement, and the competent person retains responsibility for capture, retention and final handover of every item.

Eight items, action before handover
Each outstanding item must be captured, retained and acknowledged by its owner before the final handover certificate can be issued. The outstanding items are concentrated in a small set of dependencies: the lead-worker health-surveillance results from occupational health, the curated final photo set for the Conservation Officer, the joint completion inspection, the snagging closure from the phase 2 sign-off, the bound heritage record of works, and the handover certificate that is gated by all of them.
The final handover certificate is issued only when the pack is closed and the Conservation Officer has accepted the heritage record. Until then the pack status stays in progress.
