You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content, introducing malicious code, or interfering with availability.
2. Content ownership
All website content, designs and code are © BuiltAI Intelligence Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may share links to public pages. Re-publishing content without written permission is not permitted.
3. No advice
Information on this website is for general information only. It is not legal advice, engineering design certification or statutory compliance sign-off. See our Governance page for the full professional-boundary statement.
4. Liability
BuiltAI Intelligence Ltd does not accept liability for loss or damage arising from use of the website, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the Statement of Work.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
