Same-pack-first 'related' rail on case-study pages
Case-study detail pages now lead the 'Other illustrative scenarios' rail with same-pack siblings before falling through to the rest. Stops the rail leading with whichever scenario happens to be top of the array. Pack pages also get an in-page nav anchor for the new governed-output section.
Three-stat illustrative result strip on case-study pages
Each case-study detail page now carries an illustrative result strip just below the hero - three tiles with metric + label, each marked Illustrative. Mirrors the industries-page proof-points pattern. Populated for all seven existing case studies.
Practice-byline + last-reviewed on knowledge articles
Replaces the generic 'BuiltAI Team' byline with a per-category practice attribution (Commercial, Tender, RAMS, Service Desk, Reporting, Governance, Obligations) and a one-paragraph practice bio at the foot of every article. Adds optional `lastReviewedOn` field, back-filled for the eight already-published articles. Article JSON-LD now reflects review date as `dateModified`.
GovernedOutputCard on pack pages
Mirrors the industry-page pattern: every `/services/[pack]` page now shows a concrete input -> BuiltAI output pair with provenance (Governed by / Cited from), tailored to the pack. Buyers see what a 'governed AI output' actually returns without reading further down.

Forensic-review fixes round 1
After a Chrome-driven forensic review of the live site: scorecard radio answers now preserve on validation failure; /dpia headings de-duplicated; case-study OG images now render the right slug per page; /sub-processors gets its own OG image; sticky procurement CTA moved bottom-left so it no longer collides with the success toast; AI-readiness 'five questions' copy updated to six; footer Trust hub link de-duplicated; duplicate page-title suffix on /book-demo + 404 stripped; /case-studies dangling 'For.' fixed; em-dash sweep across six files.
GovernedOutputCard on industry pages
From a comparative review of mytender.io: each industry page now shows an Input -> BuiltAI Output -> Governed by / Cited from card. Editorial example (illustrative, marked) per industry. Communicates the governance + provenance differentiator in five seconds.
8 May 2026
Server-side branded scorecard PDF
The 'Download PDF' button on the scorecard result now hits a server-side route that renders a branded PDF with letterhead, recommendation banner, pillar score table and paginated footer. Replaces the browser-print bridge with a consistent file procurement reviewers can attach to vendor reviews.
/auth/check-email post-magic-link landing surface
Dedicated route shows the 'magic link sent' state for users who land via deep link or refresh. Auth-anonymous - email is masked. Three-bullet checklist explains what to expect.
Reference-call matcher on lead detail
Lead detail aside surfaces matching permission-tagged pilots when the lead has signalled an intent=reference request. Pulls sector hint from the contact-form prefill (PR #185) and scores against `content/reference-pilots.ts`. Empty state until a customer signs off public reference.
7 May 2026
Engagement detail: 'Next action' rail
Read-only rail above the engagement header derives the next thing to do from engagement state (status + data-pack progress + audit + deliverable count) with a linked CTA to the relevant tab/page.
Dashboard: cross-engagement Recent activity feed
New section on the internal-app dashboard pulls the 8 most-recent SystemAuditLog rows so the operator sees what just happened across the platform - SOWs signed, RAG transitions, deliverable issues, AI Red blocks, admin overrides.
/resources: Newest / Popular badges on tools strip
Top-right accent pill on resource cards - 'Popular' (amber on navy text) on the Readiness Scorecard, 'Newest' (amber text on navy) on the AI Readiness Diagnostic.
6 May 2026
WorkflowStepIndicator on internal-app audit + engagement pages
New shared three-step indicator (Discovery → Deploy → Embed) on the audit detail page and engagement detail page. Engagement status maps to journey step automatically. Mirrors the public-site how-it-works pattern so internal users see the same engagement model the buyer saw.
Client portal topbar amber accent stripe
Same brand-presence touch as the internal-app topbar - thin amber gradient at the bottom of the portal navy topbar. Continuous brand experience from marketing site through internal app and into client portal.
Quarterly smoke-test runbook documented
New docs/smoke-tests-quarterly.md captures the 13-test runbook covering public forms, auth + governance gates, tenant isolation and PDF exports. Run quarterly + after any deploy that touches those surfaces.
Scorecard PDF download enabled via browser print
The 'Download PDF' button on the scorecard result page is no longer disabled - it now opens the browser's print dialog so users save-as-PDF using the existing site-wide print stylesheet. Server-side PDF route remains future work.
Operator setup guide for Plausible, Cal.com + content swaps
New docs/operator-setup.md captures the three operator actions in OUTSTANDING that are not engineering work - activating Plausible, activating Cal.com / Calendly, and the permission-tagged customer content swap workflow.
4 May 2026
Knowledge library: variations evidence + PPM compliance articles
Two net-new long-form articles broaden the library beyond the four reserved coming-soon entries. Variations evidence chain (commercial) and PPM compliance gap (service-desk) - both follow methodology, illustrative narrative only.
404 polish: BrandedMark + changelog cross-link
Subtle BrandedMark watermark in the top-right of /not-found, and a fourth quick-link card pointing at /changelog so visitors who hit 404s on renamed pages can scan what moved.
Pack pages: 'Sits alongside' integrations strip
Each pack page now shows the systems BuiltAI sits alongside (Procore, Sage, Xero, FreshDesk, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace etc.). Answers buyer integration questions before they have to ask.
Footer: dedicated Procurement column
Footer nav splits Legal into focused Procurement (Trust hub, Data security, AI disclosure, Sub-processors, DPIA template, Request signed summary) plus tighter Legal (Privacy, Cookies, Terms). One column for procurement readers.
Industry pages: per-sector recommended-pack rationale
Above the recommended-packs grid each industry page now shows a one-line editorial rationale - explaining why this combination of packs makes sense for the sector, not why any single pack does.
3 May 2026
Reference-call intent now seeds structured prompts on /contact
intent=reference no longer falls through to a generic message - the contact form now opens with three structured prompts (sector, pack, brief) so the internal team can match a buyer to a permission-tagged pilot from the first message.
Booking embed scaffold: provider-specific URL params + a11y polish
/book-demo iframe now decorates the env-driven URL with Cal.com or Calendly-specific params (theme, hide-event-details, hide-gdpr-banner) and adds loading=lazy + referrerPolicy. Behaviour is unchanged until the operator sets NEXT_PUBLIC_BOOKING_EMBED_URL.
Plausible analytics: tagged-events + trackEvent helper
Default Plausible script switches to the tagged-events variant so any CTA marked with `plausible-event-name=Foo+Bar` fires conversion events automatically. New trackEvent helper for programmatic events. Homepage hero CTAs tagged as the example pattern.
Subtle BuiltAI brand-presence touch on the internal-app topbar
Thin amber accent stripe at the bottom of the internal-app topbar plus a 'Public site' pill in the right cluster. Small, low-risk surface adjustment to align the internal experience with the public-site brand pattern.
Knowledge library: BoQ structuring + RICS responsible use articles
Two more long-form articles flip from Coming soon to fully published - 'BoQ structuring: pricing that survives a clarification meeting' and 'RICS responsible use: the practical reading for FM, M&E and surveying teams'.
2 May 2026
First-sign-in welcome banner on the internal dashboard
New users land on a brief, dismissible welcome banner above the action queue that explains the priority order. Persists dismissal in localStorage - returning users never see it again, no flash on reload. Cream + amber styling matching the public site so the auth handoff feels continuous.
EmptyState refresh - brand-presence treatment
Internal-app empty states (leads, deliverables, engagements, clients) now match the PublicHero / branded-card aesthetic - cream + amber + sage gradient, BrandedMark in the corner, accent-tinted icon halo. API unchanged so every existing caller picks up the new look.
Knowledge library: Bidroom RTM + clarifications discipline articles
Two long-form articles flip from Coming soon to fully published - 'Bidroom: the Requirements Traceability Matrix that wins tenders' and 'Clarifications discipline: what separates a 70% bid from a 90% bid'. Both follow BuiltAI methodology - behavioural-change framing, no published numbers without baselines.
DPIA template published at /dpia
Procurement-readiness gap closed - new /dpia page with nine sections (engagement context, data flows, lawful basis, necessity, risks, mitigations, data-subject rights, consultation, sign-off). Cross-linked from /governance and /ai-disclosure. Search index includes GDPR / DPIA / ICO synonyms.
Sub-processor change-log infrastructure
New 'Sub-processor change' ChangelogTag with amber accent on /changelog. /sub-processors page now renders a 'Sub-processor change history' strip pulling tagged entries with date and body - empty-state copy explains the convention until the first change lands. Customers can subscribe via the existing Atom feed.
1 May 2026
Auth surfaces match the public-site brand presence
/login refactored onto the shared AuthShell so login, forgot-password, password-reset and invite all share one layout. Adds the cream radial-gradient treatment, BrandedMark in the card corner and branded-card glow - the auth handoff now reads as one continuous experience with the marketing site.
Industry pages: illustrative testimonial strip
Each of the four industry pages now renders 2-3 sector-tagged sample quotes between the case-study teaser and final CTA. Same disclosure-chip pattern as the per-pack slot - 'Illustrative' chip until a real customer signs off.
Homepage: testimonial strip below the hero
Three illustrative quotes (commercial, FM, governance angles) sit between the customer-logos placeholder strip and the recently-shipped strip. Reuses the new TestimonialStrip component shared with industry pages.
/ai-readiness: multi-select 'which tools' step
New multi-select question between current usage and blocker covers ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, internal RAG and 'None of the above'. Rails-first rationale gets sharper - distinguishes consumer-tool use without policy.
Case-study before/after split-panel
Every case-study detail page now renders a two-column before/after panel between the hero and the long-form sections. Animated arrow sweeps left-to-right on viewport entry. Disclosure underneath flags the panel as illustrative narrative - no measured claim attached.
30 April 2026
AI-readiness diagnostic at /ai-readiness
Five-question diagnostic asking about current AI use, the systems you run and where AI would help most. Returns a tailored bundle: workflow pack plus governance rails when needed. Sits alongside /scorecard (operational readiness) and /pack-finder (pain-led).
Pack outcomes: animated bar-chart treatment
Outcome cards on every pack page now render an accent-coloured horizontal bar that fills from 0 to a disclosure-tier-driven percentage on viewport entry (Illustrative=65%, Typical=82%, Target=100%). prefers-reduced-motion snaps to final width.
ROI vs industry-average comparison chart on /pricing
Five-dimension editorial comparison between BuiltAI and a typical industry-average vendor pattern - discovery rigour, time-to-deployment, governance, procurement readiness, ROI traceability. Animated bar pairs with one-line captions framing each gap.
Illustrative testimonials on every pack page
Per-pack testimonial slot now populated on all seven packs with sector-tagged sample quotes that focus on behavioural change, not numeric claims. Renders an 'Illustrative' chip alongside the attribution until a real customer signs off for publication.
Decorative flow-glyph on /about + /methodology
New shared LongFormFlowGlyph component fills visual gaps on the two long-form pages without an inline diagram. Four labelled nodes connected by a gradient sweep along the curve - brand decoration, not a process claim. prefers-reduced-motion stops the sweep.
29 April 2026
Site-wide BuiltAI brand-presence + interactivity rollout
Every public-site card now carries the BuiltAI corner mark, hover lift with per-pack accent shadow, gradient overlay and staggered fade-in. Homepage problem tiles, productised workflow grid, pack pages, industries, pricing, resources, knowledge, /about, /trust and /sub-processors all run the same brand-presence pattern. The BrandedMark and the official LogoMark now share the same asymmetric module shape.
Hero ROI panel: live pulse + value flash
Sage live-pulse dot next to the leakage label and an amber flash on the value when inputs change. Reinforces the 'this is live, try it' affordance on the homepage hero panel.
404 page: typo-tolerant 'Did you mean' suggestions
When a visitor lands on a typo'd URL (e.g. /services/comerical-control-kit), the 404 page surfaces top fuzzy matches via Levenshtein-distance scoring against the search index. Graceful no-op when no match.
Site-wide a11y: aria-hidden on decorative icons
~89 lucide icons paired with visible text labels across 42 files now carry aria-hidden so screen readers skip the SVG and read the label only. Icon-only buttons keep their aria-label.
28 April 2026
Trust hub + procurement-summary one-pager
New /trust route consolidates governance, methodology, anatomy, AI disclosure, data security and case studies into one navigable surface. Final CTA routes to /contact?intent=procurement so security teams can request a signed summary.
How does this integrate? homepage block
Four-card explainer on the homepage answering the common buyer question - BuiltAI runs alongside existing tools (Microsoft, Google Workspace, accounting suites), it doesn't replace them.
Newsletter card on /resources + /knowledge
In-page newsletter signup with sage success state. Footer signup unchanged - this just adds a more visible CTA on the natural entry-points.
Pack-of-the-month rotation
Featured pack on /services hub now rotates by calendar month - each pack gets one month per 7-month cycle. Replaces the hardcoded Commercial Control Kit.
Mobile picker for in-page nav
Long-form pages (/governance, /methodology, /services/[pack]) now show a mobile-only collapsible picker below the topbar - same anchor list as the desktop right-rail.
Per-route OG images - every public page
Every public route now has a unique social-share card via the shared lib/og-template helper. 22 static + dynamic OG routes total.
Site-wide cream hero + PublicHero rollout
Every public page now uses the shared <PublicHero> - same cream + gradient + pill + clamp-headline pattern. Drops ~400 lines of duplicate hero CSS across 8 pages.
Toast notifications wired to all forms
Newsletter signup, contact form and demo booking all fire success toasts via showToast(). Custom-event-bus pattern shared with the search modal.
Animated SVG diagrams (governance + audit)
/governance shows R/A/G data flow through the classifier; /anatomy-of-an-audit shows inputs → QA1+QA2 → six deliverables with travelling pulses. prefers-reduced-motion respected.
Site search via ⌘K modal
Static index over packs, industries, knowledge articles and pages. Topbar pill or ⌘K opens a modal with tone-coded result badges. Shipped alongside a 404 search trigger.
Mega-menu nav + mobile hamburger
Three dropdowns (Platform · Industries · Resources) replace the flat 5-link bar. Mobile collapses to a hamburger drawer with native disclosure groups.
Pricing comparison matrix
12-feature × 3-tier matrix between the tier cards and FAQ on /pricing. Sticky-left feature column on desktop; horizontally scrollable on mobile.
27 April 2026
Operations cockpit hero on homepage
Animated three-state mini-dashboard (detected → diagnosed → controlled) sits between the productised-workflows tile grid and the five non-negotiables.
/book-demo + canonical demo CTA
New mytender-style 2-col booking page with calendar embed support. /book → /book-demo permanent redirect.
Cream warm-stone hero treatment site-wide
Every public page now renders against the cream warm-stone background with peach + amber + sage radial-gradient blobs. Light topbar throughout.
