Why describe pricing drivers instead of publishing exact figures?
Because the right number depends on contract value, data quality, audit depth and process maturity — variables we can only confirm after a 20-minute discovery call. The audit and pilot tiers are fixed-fee against a written SOW; bespoke scope adds line items, never hidden hours.
Can the audit fee be credited against a pilot?
Yes — if a pilot starts within 60 days of audit issue, the audit fee is credited in full against the pilot SOW.
Do you take equity or revenue share in lieu of fees?
No. BuiltAI is a paid services business. Engagements are billed against a SOW with a clear payment schedule.
Do you cover AI infrastructure or model costs?
Internal AI use during BuiltAI delivery is included. If your team needs its own AI tooling, we recommend the AI Governance Policy Pack and price it separately.
What if the pilot does not land?
We hold a stabilisation review at the end of every pilot. If the success criteria in the SOW are not met, we extend at no charge until they are or refund a proportionate share.
