Named users with their own approvals and their own audit trail. You add them as the workflow spreads; you do not buy a floor you have not filled.
Usage credits for what the AI runs
Drafting, analysis and document generation draw on credits. Bundled with the licence, topped up when you need more, and metered so you can see where they went.
All three are set in a scope of work, agreed before anything starts, with fixed deliverables and a decision point at the end of each phase. We do not publish the figures, because the honest ones depend on answers we have not heard yet.
