One-off document cleanup
If you need a single tender pack, RAMS file or contract reformatted with no recurring workflow behind it, BuiltAI is overkill. We install discipline that compounds over months — not single-shot copy work.
Better fit: A specialist drafting service or a freelance bid writer is faster and cheaper for one-shot output.
Generic chatbot or copilot builds
We don't build customer-facing chat assistants, marketing copilots or model-routing layers. Our pattern is workflow + governance + audit-trail for the back office, not conversational interfaces for end users.
Better fit: An LLM application studio (Vercel AI SDK, LangChain teams) or a bespoke product agency.
Pure data warehousing or BI
If the gap is 'we have no analytics layer', BuiltAI is the wrong sequence. Our packs assume operational data exists — we govern decisions made against it, not the warehouse beneath it.
Better fit: A data engineering or BI partner (dbt, Snowflake, Power BI specialists). Bring BuiltAI in once decisions are being made off the data.
Research-grade or model-training projects
We don't fine-tune, host or train foundation models. We use vendor models under our governance contract and treat them as commodity. If your roadmap depends on bespoke model R&D, we are the wrong partner.
Better fit: An ML research lab or a model-engineering consultancy with infra and ops in-house.

Internal teams are accountable for the workflow
